Behind the Game

I'm Daniele La Norcia, a Game Director and Producer with over 15 years of experience and 20+ projects completed. What drives me as a producer is the challenge of bringing a project to completion, from prototype to launch, and the complexity of managing numerous moving parts often pushed to their limits. A lot like running an F1 team.

As a Game Director, my focus is to deliver an immersive experience that allows the player to truly feel like they're "at the wheel of their own story" in full control, fully present, fully engaged.
